| Cancellation Policy: There is a 10 (ten) day cancellation policy. If you cancel your reservation within the 10 days prior to your arrival date, your deposit would be forfeited. If you cancel your reservation before the 10 days prior to your arrival date, you will receive your deposit back in full. We take a one night stay with tax as a deposit on reservations up to 3 (three) nights in length. For reservations longer than 3 (three) nights, we take 1/3 of the total cost as a deposit to hold the room. Management reserves the right to not offer refunds for early departures. Deposits are applied to the last originally scheduled nights of reservation. |
